The volunteer handbook is essential to help support volunteers by answering basic questions for the work, providing quick resources at a glance, and containing important information regarding the program.

Please complete the required documents in order to volunteer with MACC Development’s program 48214 CARE.

To provide the best care for our clients, we offered job aides for volunteers! The purpose of the job aid is to provide easy-to-follow reminders on processes, summarize useful resources and data, and ensure consistency throughout the company.

For the volunteer work, you may be asked to purchase some items for neighbors. We provide reimbursement for our volunteers. You are required to have a PayPal or Zelle account.
48214 CARE requires that volunteers complete reimbursement within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to remit a copy of the receipt(s).
